Harry Kane’s performance for Tottenham against Arsenal on Sunday was dismal to the naked eye. The stats don’t reflect particularly well on the England skipper either…

Kane, following several months of transfer speculation over the summer, with a move to Manchester City thought to be in the works, was left stuck at Spurs once the deadline passed.

The England captain, who may also be suffering somewhat of a hangover from Euro 2020 heartbreak, has had a very slow start to the season. He looks majorly out of sorts.

Kane produced his latest disasterclass during Tottenham’s sorry 3-1 defeat to arch-rivals Arsenal at the Emirates on Sunday afternoon. He was unable to have any sort of effect on the contest.

One stat in particular sums up just how ban Kane was through the 90 minutes, with Tottenham’s talisman unable to retain the ball, let alone do anything productive with it…

Nuno Espirito Santo is going to HAVE to find a way to get Kane firing on all cylinders if he wants to have any chance of keeping his job. His current practices are quite simply not working.
