Jordan Clarkson has made big strides on the basketball court. Since his early years as a Laker, he has gone on to become one of the best and highest-producing bench players in the league. This past season, he won Sixth Man of The Year with a season average of 18.4 points per game.

But apparently, the dude is doing pretty well for himself off the court as well.

Over the past few years, Clarkson has gotten a little cozy with celebrities, most notably Kendall Jenner, with whom he had an on-again-off-again relationship for about 9 months.

Now, the Jazz guard has his eyes set towards Pop star Selena Gomez, who is celebrating her 29th birthday today.

On Twitter, Clarkson expressed his feelings with one single emoji:

No word yet on if Selena has shown any mutual interest, but we'll be sure to keep you updated on that front.

As for Clarkson, his Tweet brought up several very interesting reactions from fans.

Clarkson is single again after breaking up with his now ex-girlfriend, Ally Rossel, just a few weeks ago.

Now that the offseason is here, and Clarkson has some downtime, it's no surprise to see him back on the hunt for another partner.

Hopefully, though, he doesn't let his pursuit of companionship get in the way of his workouts this summer. After being upset in the second round, the Utah Jazz heard a lot of noise from the doubters and naysayers, who were proven right in the end.

JC is coming off his best season yet, but he should continue to work on his game and build chemistry with his teammates if he wants to find success in the playoffs.

Who knows, maybe by this time next year, he'll be able to show off the Larry O'Brien trophy to his new girlfriend.

Until then, we'll just have to get used to him thirsting on Twitter.
