This is really important, so please pay attention.

Supermodel Kate Upton opened up during an appearance about her fiance, Cy Young Award winner and former American League MVP Justin Verlander, and their life in the bedroom.

Upton was a guest on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live when she received a call from a fan who asked if her and the Detroit Tigers pitcher have sex before or after games.

“There’s no sex before a game,” a laughing Upton said (h/t the Detroit Free Press). “Absolutely none. And then, also what I just found out is, if he plays too well, there’s no sex after, either. He’s exhausted. Kind of a buzzkill for me.”

I knew baseball players were superstitious, but it takes some serious dedication to turn down swimsuit model Kate Upton.

Good for you, Verlander.
