With the 2023 football season over, aside from the bowl game, it is time to start discussing the 2024 NFL Draft and which Auburn Tigers will be selected.
One of many Auburn secondary players who will be selected in the upcoming draft is Nehemiah Pritchett, who was selected in a recent mock draft.
This mock draft was made by PFF and had Pritchett heading to the Jacksonville Jaguars with the 96th pick in the third round.
Pritchett had a really good season for the Auburn Tigers, where he had 22 tackles and an interception. He graded out at a 71.1 on PFF for the season, which was the 11th-best grade on Auburn's defense.
Pritchett's converge grade was 74.6, which is really good. The grades that were holding him back were his pass rush grade and run defense grade, so these will be the things he needs to work on when he is drafted.
It will be exciting to see all of Auburn's former secondary players make their way to the NFL in this year's draft, and there is no doubt in my mind that they will succeed.
Auburn has put some really good corners in the league over the last few years, and Pritchett will be the next name on that long list.
