A week chock-full of high profile games kicks off tonight, with two games in Lincolnton, NC before returning to Atlanta to round out the week. There will be two games featured on Prime Video on Friday: Blue Checks vs. Cold Hearts (7PM) and Jelly Fam vs. Rolling Loud (9PM)

This Week’s Schedule:

Tuesday, 7PM - City Reapers vs. YNG Dreamerz (Lincolnton, NC)

Tuesday, 8:30PM - RWE vs. Blue Checks (Lincolnton, NC)

Thursday, 7PM - Rolling Loud vs. Cold Hearts (OTE Arena, YouTube)

Thursday, 8:30PM - Jelly Fam vs. Blue Checks (OTE Arena, YouTube)

Friday, 7PM - Blue Checks vs. Cold Hearts (OTE Arena/Prime Video)

Friday, 9PM - Jelly Fam vs. Rolling Loud (OTE Arena/Prime Video)

The week opens with what may very well be the game of the year between the City Reapers and YNG Dreamerz, who sit at first and second in the standings, respectively

The Reapers have been the top team in the league for pretty much the entire season, but have only won two of their last four games, including a loss on Saturday to Jelly Fam. The Dreamerz, on the other hand, have been the hottest team in the league for the last month and come into this game on a four-game winning streak after another Eli Ellis 50-ball in a win over the Diamond Doves. The two teams have matched up only one other time this season and the Reapers secured a rock-solid 18 point victory in that contest

In the second game in North Carolina, the Blue Checks will host RWE in a game that both teams desperately need. The Blue Checks are winners of two straight games and are back in the top half of the league standings. RWE has been plummeting and are in need of a win in the worst way, as they have won just one game in 2024. The Blue Checks won the previous meeting between the two teams by five points back in December, thanks to 19 points from both Jahseem Felton and Rakease Passmore

In the first game on Thursday, Rolling Loud will be back in Atlanta for the second consecutive week, this time taking on the Cold Hearts. The number one story line of this game will be how the Cold Hearts look under new Head Coach Dave Leitao after he took over for former coach Tim Fanning last week. Leitao joins the Cold Hearts with an impressive championship pedigree, as he was the Head Coach of the league champion City Reapers last season. Leitao and the Cold Hearts will have a challenge on their hands against Rolling Loud, as they have a balanced offensive attack led by former Cold Heart star Naas Cunningham

The latter game on Thursday evening will take place between two teams trending in the right direction, as the Blue Checks are set to take on a scorching hot Jelly Fam squad. Jelly Fam is in the running for hottest team in the league, as they have won four straight games including a statement victory over the league leading City Reapers thanks to 28 points from Ian Jackson. The Blue Checks meanwhile secured two pivotal victories last week, with Felton stepping into a lead scorer role in recent games

The first Prime game of the week will be played between the Blue Checks and Cold Hearts, marking the two teams first matchup of the season. The Cold Hearts have opened the year in a bit of a cold spell, however, Kanon Catchings has been spectacular, averaging 17 PPG in 2024. The Blue Checks will rely on the defensive acumen of Jayan Walker and Passmore to slow down the sweltering Katchings

The final game of the week will be played on Prime Video between Rolling Loud and Jelly Fam at 9PM on Friday evening. Rolling Loud will have their hands full trying to slow down a Jelly Fam team who haven’t tasted defeat since 2023. One of the primary components to Jelly Fam’s recent success is the upgraded play from Syracuse commit Elijah Moore, who scored 23 in the team’s upset win over the City Reapers on Saturday. For Rolling Loud to emerge victorious they are going to need more performances like Dominick Stewart’s against the Blue Checks last Friday when he went a perfect 6-for-6 from three
