Hibs manager Nick Montgomery has named his team for this afternoon’s game against Celtic. The Scottish Champions are in the capital again after an impressive win over Hearts last weekend. The Edinburgh club were beaten in Glasgow last weekend after Montgomery’s side fell to a 4-0 defeat to Rangers at Ibrox.

In goals, former Celtic goalkeeper David Marshall starts.

In defence, Lewis Miller starts at right back with Jordan Obita at left back. The central pairing comprises of Rocky Bushiri and Will Fish.

Elie Youan starts on the left with Martin Boyle on the right. Jimmy Jeggo and Joe Newell start in central midfield.

In attack, the two strikers are Dylan Vente and Jair Tavares.

Subs: Wollacott, Hanlon, Levitt, Stevenson, Le Fondre, Delferriere, Campbell, Whittaker, Landers.

Hibs will be hoping to catch Celtic cold after their draw against Atletico Madrid during the week. Brendan Rodgers’ team are unbeaten in the league this season and the manager will be keen to continue this run against Hibs.

Celtic Starting XI: Hart, Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Scales, Taylor, McGregor, O’Riley, Bernardo, Maeda, Palma, Kyogo.

Subs: Bain, Phillips, Yang, Turnbull, Oh, Iwata, Forrest, Ralston, M.Johnston.

The game kicks off at 3pm but the game will not be shown on TV after Sky Sports snubbed the fixture.
