If he does sign with a new team, it will be Cooper's third college program. At Kent State, Cooper was a first-team All-MAC selection in 2022 and second-team in 2021. He ranks sixth in Kent State program history with 2,813 total rushing yards as a Golden Flash. Cooper transferred to Ball State following the 2022 season.

In four college seasons, Cooper has 17 games with over 100 rushing yards.

Ball State had Cooper listed at 5'8" and 184 pounds. He was a two-star recruit coming out of Quince Orchard High School.
