Edson Barboza finished Shane Burgos at UFC 262, with a big right hand doing the damage.

Barboza v Burgos was touted as one of the most exciting fights scheduled to take place at UFC 262. It didn’t disappoint.

After three rounds of back and forth, Barboza jabbed with his left before landing an overhand right, bang on the money.

While Burgos initially looked as though he’d taken it like a champ, it quickly became clear the extent of the damage which was done.

Burgos lost his footing, falling backwards towards the edge of the octagon with his arms flailing.

The referee advanced with Barboza, anticipating that the end of the fight was near, and it was, Burgos was completely out of it.

The fight won fight of the night, the seventh in Barboza’s career and the eighth knockout on his record.

This one has to be one of the most satisfying, with Burgos trying, and failing, to survive his hefty punch power.
