Watch: 14U football team Laced Facts featured on latest "No Seasons Off" episode

There are football teams, and than there are Laced Facts, a youth 14U football team taking over.

In the latest episode of the Whistle's 'No Seasons Off,' we are lacing up the cleats for what a typical night of practice looks like for Laced Facts. At first, nothing looks unordinary to other football practices across the country. But there is nothing ordinary about Laced Facts.

The team is stacked on both sides of the ball. Although the team is only in 8th grade, seven players have been offered college scholarships. While watching the video, you might want to remember these kids' names because they're going places.

Head Coach Mike Evans prides himself in putting his players in the right environment for success. All of the drills they run in practice are at the high school-level. He even brought in Pittsburgh Steelers' Wide Receiver Eli Rogers to practice so he could pass his knowledge down to the team. Off the field, Coach Evans mentors them through the process of meeting with Division I head coaches and going on college tours.

For Head Coach Mike Evans, winning is secondary when he says, "A lot of teams in the youth space, they just focus on winning. I focus on the individual kid and helping them win in life." That's the way it should be!
