Notre Dame vs. Clemson: The second-seed Fighting Irish trailed the seventh-seed Tigers for most of the first half but still pulled out a 14-12 victory. Notre Dame trailed 7-5 with just over five minutes left in the first half, but then the Irish went on a 6-0 run, with the last goal coming at the 14:16 mark of the third quarter, to take a lead they would not give up. Jackie Wolak had a seven-point performance for Notre Dame, scoring four goals and assisting on another three. Madison Ahern added another four goals for the Fighting Irish. Clemson's Hanna Hilcoff led the Tigers with four goals.
