The Mississippi State softball team couldn't have started this past week much stronger as they run-ruled ULM 15-0 after five innings. However, the Bulldogs went on to lose two of their three games against Texas A&M in their first SEC series of the young season.

Mississippi State was run-ruled 9-0 in the first matchup against the now-No. 14/12-ranked Aggies and fell to them 8-5 in game two. But they ended the series in style with a 6-5 victory this past Sunday.

Here is where Mississippi State is ranked after six full weeks of play.
