MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – As part of the spring game festivities, the WVU football program unveiled new uniforms the Mountaineers will wear this fall.

West Virginia showed a gold, blue and white edition of their new threads. Both the gold and blue helmets have the traditional WV logo while the white helmet has the logo inside an outline of the state.

There are stripes on the pants, harkening back to uniforms of the past. The numbers on the gold and blue jerseys are the opposite color. Conversely, the numbers are blue with a gold outline on the white jerseys.

So now as WVU looks to continue the program’s climb and build off the 2023 season, the Mountaineers will be representing West Virginia with a fresh new look.

The 2024 WVU football season kicks off on August 31st at home at Milan Puskar Stadium against Penn State.
