Pickleball has taken the USA by storm. This hybrid game that combines elements of tennis, ping-pong and badminton into an outdoor on-court game has permeated into popular culture and won the hearts and minds of Americans from sea to shining sea. The court is similar sized to badminton, the net is mimics that of a tennis court, and the paddles are like an oversized ping-pong paddle for ultimate power and finesse. If you're sleeping on pickleball, sleep no more! Today, the US Open Pickleball Championships has named an official wine sponsor, and it's no other than 1000 Stories.

The 8th Annual Minto US OPEN Pickleball Championships—the most prestigious pickleball tournament and biggest pickleball party in the world—has kicked off in Naples, Florida, where the world’s best pickleball players have gathered to compete towards the pro finals matches, which will be played on April 19th and April 20th.

1000 Stories is proud to be the official wine partner of the Minto US OPEN Pickleball Championships, an event that is open to all to attend and enjoy and become inspired by the fast-growing sport. As a brand, 1000 Stories wants to stroke the roaming spirit within us and encourage fans to write their next adventure, their stories, and make this world a more interesting place.

Just as pickleball welcomes players of all ages and skill levels, our 1000 Stories wines appeal to a diverse range of palates, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy,” said Tiffany Tran, Senior Brand Manager of 1000 Stories. “Our wines share a common goal: bringing people together for moments of joy and celebration."

Wine lovers in or near Naples, FL, can make their way to East Naples Community Park this week through the weekend and enjoy a glass of 1000 Stories while watching the game. The tournament is open to the public with the exception of the VIP tent.
