Seattle Seahawks release first look at Jalen Milroe at rookie minicamp

The Seattle Seahawks released a first look at Jalen Milroe at its rookie minicamp after the Seahawks selected Milroe in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Milroe is now getting his foot wet in rookie minicamp in Seattle. The Seahawks posted some of Milroe’s throws from the introductory practice setting to X.

Media members were also able to put eyes on Milroe. Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic was able to capture a laser beam of a pass from Milroe.

The former Alabama quarterback is expected to serve as a backup during his rookie football season.
