Which LIV Golfer has the best odds to win a major this year?

If the Masters proved anything last month, it's that there are a few golfers who defected to LIV Golf with a shot at winning a major this season.

While LIV Golf features a far less structured schedule than the PGA Tour, a select few were in fine form through four rounds at Augusta National.

While the Masters undoubtedly gets the most attention, it is far from the only major event in 2023 and the PGA Championship is right around the corner. That means there will be more opportunities for a member of Greg Norman's breakaway league to be the first LIV Golf pro to win a major event.

And that's worth putting a little money on, right?

So, which LIV Golfer has the best chance at winning a major this year?

At DraftKings, Brooks Koepka has the shortest odds to win a major this year at 6-1. Koepka — who recently announced via Instagram he and his wife are expecting their first child — surprised golf fans everywhere when he led through two rounds at the Masters and finished T2.

His odds may not be as short as Rory McIlroy's (2-1), but Koepka is certainly the early favorite from the Saudi Arabia-funded circuit to be victorious.

Fellow LIV Golf pro Dustin Johnson is listed at 17-2 to win a major in 2023, and reigning Open Championship winner Cam Smith is listed at 10-1.

PGA Tour nemesis Patrick Reed is a 20-1 longshot to win a major this year, and Bryson DeChambeau is listed at 25-1.

Surprisingly, DK doesn't list the odds for Phil Mickelson to win a major this year despite his impressive fourth-round performance at the Masters in April.

Fans can catch Lefty at the PGA Championship in a couple of weeks though, where he is listed as a 130-1 longshot to win.
