Simone Biles continues to do incredible things on the gymnastics floor.

A day after nailing a double-double in competition, Biles came back and landed the first triple-double in history. The Olympic gold medalist won the all-around title at the U.S. Gymnastics National Championships in Kansas City, Missouri this weekend. Her triple-double in the floor exercise on Sunday went viral. A triple-double is a skill that involves three twists and two somersaults in the air.

The degree of difficulty is so high for that move; most gymnasts simply cannot physically execute that skill, which gives Biles a huge advantage in scoring, as NBC’s Nick Zaccardi points out.

Biles, who won four gold medals at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio, has now won six all-around titles at the U.S. Gymnastics Championships. She is also looking to become a five-time all-around world champion.
