Today they are taking on the Atlanta Braves with Cole Irvin on the mound making his third start of the spring, he is 0-0 with a 0.00 ERA, a 0.67 WHIP, and three strikeouts in five innings pitched.

Orioles Top 4 Prospects By The Numbers

Jackson Holliday

Holliday is the top overall prospect by ITD entering 2024. This spring he has played in ten games and he is hitting .323 with a .957 OPS; he has two doubles, two triples, one home run, five RBI, three runs scored, one walk, and two stolen bases. He is making a strong case to make the team out of camp. He is playing tonight at second base and is batting seventh.

Colton Cowser

Cowser is the 19th overall prospect by ITD entering 2024. Cowser this spring has played in ten games and is hitting .478 with a 1.586 OPS; he has four home runs, nine RBI, seven runs scored, four walks, and a stolen base. He is likely to start the season also in Baltimore. He is in the lineup batting leadoff as a designated hitter tonight against the Braves.

Coby Mayo

Mayo is the 30th overall prospect by ITD entering 2024. Mayo this spring has played in 15 games and he is hitting .313 with a .984 OPS; he has five doubles, one home run, nine RBI, four runs scored, five walks, and one stolen base. He is expected to start the season with Triple-A. Mayo is not in the lineup to start tonight.

Heston Kjerstad

Kjerstad is the 33rd overall prospect by ITD entering 2024. This spring he has played in 12 games and is hitting .258 with a .593 OPS; he has one double, one RBI, four runs scored, and one walk. He is expected to also start the season at Triple-A. He is the starting lineup for tonight batting fifth and playing left field.
