The Boston Red Sox Triple-A affiliate in Worcester took on the Syracuse Mets and dropped four of the six games. Their Double-A affiliate took on the Reading Fightin Phils and despite some weather issues took four of the six games. The High-A affiliate the Greenville Drive took on the Bowling Green dropping four of the six games.  and their Single-A affiliate the Salem Red Sox took on the Delmarva Shore Birds and took five of the six games.

SS – Marcelo Mayer – Portland Sea Dogs

Mayer this week went 9-24 with a home run, five RBI, seven runs scored, one stolen base, and two walks; he is currently riding a seven-game hitting streak. He is hitting .357 with a .887 OPS; he has one home run and five RBI.

OF – Roman Anthony – Portland Sea Dogs

Anthony this week went 6-20 with three doubles, two home runs, four RBI, six runs scored, two stolen bases, and two walks. He is hitting .333 with a 1.093 OPS; he has two home runs and four RBI.

C – Kyle Teel – Portland Sea Dogs

Teel this week went 6-16 with a double, a home run, five RBI, three runs scored, and three runs scored. This season he is hitting .300 with a .891 OPS; he has a home run and five RBI.

OF – Miguel Bleis – Salem Red Sox

Bleis this week went 4-20 with a triple, three RBI, three runs scored, stolen bases, and three walks. This season he is hitting .200 with a .668 OPS; he has five RBI.

RHP – Wikelman Gonzalez – Portland Sea Dogs

Gonzalez made his first start of the season on Tuesday and struggled going two innings giving up three runs on two hits; he walked five and struck out one. He will likely start again Tuesday.

2B – Nick Yorke – Portland Sea Dogs

Yorke this week went 7-22 with two doubles, one home run, five RBI, four runs scored, one stolen base, and one walk. He is hitting .269 with a .758 OPS; he has one home run and five RBI.

SS – Yoelin Cespedes – DSL Red Sox

Cespedes’ season hasn’t kicked off yet.

RHP – Richard Fitts – Worcester Red Sox

Fitts made his second start of the season on Thursday going five innings giving up three runs on six hits; he didn’t issue a walk and struck out five. He is 0-0 with a 2.89 ERA, a 1.50 WHIP, and eight strikeouts in 9.1 innings.

RHP – Luis Perales – Greenville Drive

Perales made his second start of the season on Friday going four innings, giving up five runs, only two earned on seven hits; he didn’t issue a walk and struck out four, he also took the loss. He is 0-1 with a 9.00 ERA, a 2.40 WHIP, and seven strikeouts in five innings.

SS/2B – Mikey Romero – Greenville Drive

Romero is currently on the seven-day injured list.
