Now that the Atlanta Braves can breathe a sigh of relief about the knee injury to Ronald Acuña Jr. not jeopardizing his availability for Opening Day, the focus can shift back to preparations for the regular season.

Multiple regular season rotation members will be getting some work in today in North Port against the Detroit Tigers - Spencer Strider is the scheduled starter for today, but Charlie Morton makes his spring training debut as well.

Here's the Braves will line up from North Port:

LF Forrest Wall
2B Ozzie Albies
SS Orlando Arcia
1B Marcell Ozuna
C Travis d'Arnaud
DH Eli White
3B David Fletcher
RF Luis Liberato
CF J.P. Martínez

SP Spencer Strider, with Charlie Morton working in a relief capacity.

The team continues to test depth options at different positions today. Wall, who has played mostly center and right field, gets a start in left field and leads off for Atlanta. Marcell Ozuna continues to get work in at first base, to show he's a capable emergency depth option, while David Fletcher kicks out to third base to show he can handle all the infield positions.

(Ronald is in town, but will not be playing in the game.)

Here's how the Tigers will line up:

3B Zack McKinstry
CF Wencell Pérez
DH Kerry Carpenter
LF Justyn Henry-Malloy
2B Colt Keith
C Carson Kelly
RF Bligh Madris
1B Ryan Vilade
SS Ryan Kreidler

SP Reese Olson

Atlanta gets a look at Justyn Henry-Malloy, the former Braves prospect who was traded to Detroit for reliever Joe Jiménez prior to the 2023 season.
