Jake Bauers hit a three-run home run in a four-RBI day as the Milwaukee Brewers overcame an early three-run deficit to defeat the host Baltimore Orioles 11-5 on Saturday.

Five relievers combined for 5 2/3 shutout innings and allowed the Brewers to win their fourth straight game.

Rhys Hoskins also homered, Willy Adames and Brice Turang each had three hits and William Contreras scored three runs for Milwaukee.

Ryan Mountcastle, Jordan Westburg and Adley Rutschman homered for the Orioles. Westburg posted three of Baltimore's 12 hits.

The teams combined for nine runs across the first three innings and then the Brewers, who won Friday night's series opener 11-1, added four runs in the top of the fourth.

Elvis Peguero (3-0), the first of Milwaukee's relievers, went 1 2/3 innings to get the win.

Brewers starter DL Hall, a former Baltimore pitcher, made it through just 3 1/3 innings, allowing five runs on eight hits with a walk and a hit batter. He struck out four.

Baltimore starter Dean Kremer (0-1) was tagged for eight runs, six earned, and 10 hits in four innings. He walked one and fanned three.

Mountcastle smashed his second home run of the season with two outs in the first inning. Two batters later, Westburg drilled a two-run shot for his third of the year and a 3-0 lead.

Hoskins hit a solo shot in the second inning, but the Orioles rebuilt a three-run lead on Gunnar Henderson's RBI single in the bottom of the inning.

Bauers used a groundout to drive in a third-inning run, and Hoskins followed with a run-scoring single to tie the game at 4-4.

Rutschman's first homer of the season led off the home half of the third, but the Orioles didn't score again. Bauers capped the fourth-inning burst with his first homer with the Brewers, his fourth team in his last three major league seasons.

In the eighth, Sal Frelick provided a run-scoring double, and Adames doubled in two more.
