Late Monday, naked pictures of Clay Buchholz’s wife Lindsay Clubine hit the internets. Reportedly, the result of a hack of the Boston Red Sox pitcher’s phone. A day later, she hit the Twitters to explain the situation.

A woman should be able to send her husband pics of herself with out fear of the whole world seeing them! iCloud hackers should be ashamed!! — Lindsay Clubine (@LindsayClubine) October 14, 2014
Wednesday, all Hell broke loose. The story gained some traction, there was speculation as to who was in the pictures (and why) and, ultimately, it all made its way to The Thirty Mile Zone. “This is a terrible crime. I have my attorneys removing the pictures,” Clubine said. “This is very upsetting to my family and I (sic).” Naturally, the former “Deal or No Deal” briefcase holder isn’t upset with her husband for keeping picture of her on his phone.  As she puts it…they’re “good”.  And to show their solidarity, she even changed her Twitter profile picture from a picture of her and David Ortiz from July…to one of her with Buchholz. What has Clubine steamed, however, are the folks that are wrongly confusing her with the woman her husband’s teammate Mike Napoli is seemingly groping in one of the pictures. Let’s all hope this is the end of this.
