The Minnesota Twins beat the Boston Red Sox on Thursday afternoon by a score of 6-0. It was a great win for the Twins, who used the win to split the four-game series after dropping the first two games.

While Carlos Correa homering was great, and Byron Buxton making some history with his multi-home run game was also great, and Joe Ryan tossing a complete game shutout was certainly great, the best part of the afternoon might have come in manager Rocco Baldelli's postgame press conference.

While speaking with reporters in his office, Baldelli had his young daughter with him. She was the talk of social media after she hilariously kept handing her dad baseballs.

Credit to Baldelli, who never broke stride when talking about his team's victory. That's called multitasking, people.

The win moved the Twins back to .500 at 38-38 on the season. They remain in first place in the American League Central by one game over the Cleveland Guardians. With the dominant performance on the mound, Ryan is now 8-4 with a 2.98 ERA.

The Twins will be back in action on Friday at 6:40 p.m. for a critical series against the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park.

The Tigers are just 4.5 games back of Minnesota and are a good weekend away from being right back in the American League Central race.

Kenta Maeda (0-4, 9.00 ERA) will pitch for Minnesota while Joey Wentz (1-7, 6.82 ERA) goes for the Tigers.
