The Diamondbacks minor league affiliates combined for a 3-1 record.

Triple-A: Reno Aces 10, Sacramento River Cats 4; 5-7

Infielder prospect Blaze Alexander (No. 17) will be out a minimum of 6 weeks with a broken right thumb. Alexander sustained the injury when he was hit by the pitch, which bounced off the bill of his helmet and straight to his thumb. He was placed on the 7-day injured list before the game.

After having a power breakout last year, Alexander had started off the year hot, going 11-24, .458 with three doubles, a triple and a homer.  Jake Hager is the only other player who has received short stop reps in Reno to this point.

Brandon Pfaadt (No. 2) allowed two runs on six hits, one walk, and five strikeouts over five innings. His fastball sat 91-95 MPH and had a solid feel for his slider and changeup. He threw 90 pitches on the evening.

Jorge Barrosa (No. 24) went 1-for-5 with a three-run homer.

Buddy Kennedy had a double and two walks.

Emmanuel Rivera tripled against left-handed pitching prospect Kyle Harrison and walked.

Dominic Canzone (No. 16) had a pair of hits.

Diego Castillo doubled and walked, extending his hitting streak to 12 games to open the season.

Carlos Vargas (No. 20) inherited a bases-loaded jam in the eighth and recorded the final four outs for his first save of the year.

Double-A: Amarillo Sod Poodles 10, Corpus Christi Hooks 13; 4-3

Luke Albright was lit up for seven runs (six earned) on eight hits, one walk, and two strikeouts in 2.1 innings. He left the game down 5-0 with two runners on, both coming around to score later in the third.

Ryan Bliss (No. 25) had two more hits, making it eight straight with Amarillo, with two RBI and a run scored.

Jordan Lawlar (No. 3) was 1-for-5

Caleb Roberts doubled twice, singled, drove in two, and scored three times.

Deyvison De Los Santos doubled and homered, driving in three.

Tim Tawa (No. 26) singled, walked, and hit a solo home run in the fifth inning that cleared the entire ballpark (measured at 471).

Adrian Del Castillo walked and scored a run, but was hitless in his other four at-bats.

High-A: Hillsboro Hops 6, Everett AquaSox 4; 6-1

Hillsboro donned their "Soñadores de Hillsboro" identity, reserved for Friday home games, for the first time this season. Soñadores translates to "dreamers" in English, and was introduced in 2019 as part of Minor League Baseball's "Copa de la Diversión" initiative.

Left-hander Spencer Giesting allowed one run on two hits, two walks, and five strikeouts in 4.2 innings. He threw 65 pitches, 39 for strikes.

Wilderd Patiño (No. 18) was 1-for-4 with a steal of home when he and Kevin Graham ran a successful double steal with runners on the corners in the third.

Ivan Melendez (No. 10) was 1-for-3 with a walk.

Shane Muntz went 0-for-5

Jacen Roberson went 1-for-3, including a two-out, walk-off two-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning.

Low-A: Visalia Rawhide 8, Rancho Cucamonga Quakes 2; 2-5

Manuel Peña (No. 19) was 1-for-3 with a walk and a two-run double.

Druw Jones ( No. 4) was 1-for-4 with an RBI single and scored a run.

Christian Cerda hit a two-run homer in the first inning.

Andrew Pintar (No. 30) was 1-for-4
