The Arizona Diamondbacks signed two former Philadelphia Phillies to Minor League deals with invitations to spring training, according to multiple reports.

Yairo Muñoz and relief pitcher Jeurys Familia each agreed to deals. The 28-year-old Muñoz slashed .211/.250/.404 with three home runs and seven RBI in 57 at-bats for the Phillies last season.

Familia was a disappointment for the Phillies in 2022 with a 6.09 ERA and was designated for assignment in the beginning of August. Familia, 33, pitched briefly for the Boston Red Sox with a 6.10 ERA.
