Spring training is in full swing for the Dodgers, with pitchers, catchers and position players all at Camelback Ranch as the team's first Cactus League game approaches.

The Dodgers kick off their Cactus League season against the San Diego Padres on Feb. 22, and a key reliever who missed all of 2023 could be available.

Dodgers right-handed pitcher J.P. Feyereisen provided an update on his health on Wednesday, saying he's fully recovered from his shoulder surgery in Dec. 2022. He told Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register that he's been throwing bullpens, and expects to pitch in the Cactus League.

Feyereisen is entering the 2024 season having made 22 consecutive scoreless appearances. In 2022 with the Tampa Bay Rays, Feyereisen didn't allow a run across his 24.1 innings pitched.

The Dodgers acquired Feyereisen in Dec. 2022, and he missed the entire 2023 season recovering from surgery.

However, he's entering this year healthy, and could factor into the L.A. bullpen as soon as Opening Day in Korea on March 20 and 21.

Earlier this offseason, Feyereisen gave an exclusive interview to Doug McKain of dodgersnation.com, which you can watch here:
