The Dodgers roster is loaded with talent from top to bottom, giving hardly any wiggle room when it comes to extra players. However, their farm system is pretty deep as well, giving them more options to work with.

It's a champagne problem to Los Angeles and one they will gladly take. So far throughout Spring Training, the Dodgers have seen some strong performances from players who aren't likely to make the Opening Day roster.

This includes young outfielder Andy Pages, who is back from missing most of the 2023 season following a shoulder injury. Pages led all minor leaguers in the Dodgers system with 76 home runs from 2019-2022 and has picked up where he left off this spring.

Pages hit his second home run of the spring on Saturday, helping the team earn another victory.

He has been making waves around Dodgers camp, but he is just focused on taking things day by day.

“The main focus has been trying to stay healthy,” Pages said. “I haven’t felt any issues physically as of now, and I’m just trying to feel good at the plate.”

The 23-year-old has seen 13 plate appearances so far this spring, hitting .462 with two home runs and eight runs batted in. He leads all players in runs batted in through the spring games and has been making quite the case for himself so far.

If Pages continues to play like this, he will give the team plenty to think about. He is already earning his keep, and will likely be called up at some point this season if he can remain healthy.
