Former Philadelphia Phillies great Jimmy Rollins has relisted his Encino, California, mansion for a reduced price of $10.8 million, according to Mansion Global

Rollins, an Alameda, California, native, bought the property in 2018 for $8.7 million but is now reportedly dropping its attempted sale price for a third time after listing his home last October for $11.75 million.

The lavish 11,000-square-foot gated community residence has nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a glass-encased wine room, a backyard pool and spa, an outdoor dining area, and a 3,000-square-foot roof deck.

The 2007 NL MVP spent 15 of his 17 MLB seasons with the Phillies, winning four gold gloves at shortstop and making three all-star teams. Rollins also won a World Series with Philly in 2008.
He made about $100 million in career salary earnings. Since Rollins retired from MLB in 2017, he’s joined Turner Sports as an MLB broadcast analyst. Rollins is also an investor in NRG Esports and an ambassador for the social media monitoring platform LifeBrand
