The Los Angeles Angels may not be the best team heading into the 2024 season, but they have some young players who are set to make a name for themselves. Angels young catcher Logan O'Hoppe will look for a healthy and consistent 2024 season.

O'Hoppe is among the few bright spots for the team; he's a tremendous talent, and we cannot wait to see how he grows this upcoming season. Before being the bright young star he is, he was just a kid who wanted to be a big leaguer like many others who played baseball at a young age.

The 23-year-old recently recreated a photo from his childhood when he visited Cooperstown as a young boy.

The photo on the left was taken 14 years ago while O'Hoppe was touring the museum. It was his first visit as a big leaguer, and he couldn't miss the opportunity to recreate the photo.

O'Hoppe was born in West Islip, New York, and raised in Sayville, New York. As a kid, he was 244 miles from the National Baseball Hall of Fame, and he seemed to enjoy himself in his childhood visit.

O'Hoppe is now living the dream, playing a kid's game, and has already shown he's capable of playing with the best of them. In his rookie season, he played in 51 games, slashing .236/.296/.500 with a .796 OPS while mashing 14 homers and 29 RBIs. The 23-year-old missed the majority of the year with a shoulder injury.

The kid is just getting started, and if all pans out, maybe he'll find his name at Cooperstown down the road.
