Ever since Los Angeles Angels starter Noah Syndergaard commented that his teammate Reid Detmers‘ no-hitter was a “real no-hitter,” he’s had a little beef with SNY, the TV network for his old team, the New York Mets.

SNY took Syndergaard’s comments personally and thus began an interesting saga of a little back and forth between SNY and Syndergaard.

All we can do is sit back and enjoy it while it lasts.

On Monday night, SNY got the last laugh, tweeting a picture of Syndergaard’s line against the Texas Rangers, which to their credit, was a less than stellar line.

Syndergaard allowed six runs, four earned in just 2/3 of an inning in the Angels’ 7-4 loss at Globe Life Field.

Thor Vs. SNY

SNY is just having a little fun.

Syndergaard has always been known as somebody who can be a little volatile personality-wise, so they’re just trying to get under his skin a little bit.

But Monday was certainly a night to forget for Thor.

When you allow six runs and don’t even make it through the first inning, it’s certainly not your night.

It’s best to have a beer and forget about it.

But you certainly aren’t safe from a little roasting when something like that happens.

Every pitcher has a clunker here or there.

Syndergaard just happened to have his last night.

It is nice though for fans to sit back, relax, and enjoy the beef between Syndergaard and his old team’s TV network.

It’s quite hilarious when you think about it.

He’s a major league pitcher who is feuding with a TV network.

We’ll see how far this feud goes and who will ultimately have the last laugh at the end of the season.
