The Miami Marlins are coming off their second postseason appearance in the last four years but once again they were eliminated in the first round. This offseason they have added catcher Christian Bethancourt, INF/OF Vidal Brujan, and Nick Gordon. The one position they wanted and needed to address this offseason was the shortstop position with names like Amed Rosario, Brandon Crawford, Adalberto Mondesi, Elvis Andrus, and Tim Anderson. Today they signed Anderson to a one-year deal for $5 million that should close the door on their lineup as far as additions for 2024.
