Phillies Spring Training is almost here, everyone! The Phillies are expected to report on February 16th, nine days from today.

As we saw on February 2nd, the team shipped their gear down South to Clearwater, Florida. This is typically seen as the kickoff to Spring Training. This day is known as “Truck Day,” a day the Phillie Phanatic loves to make an appearance.

New Phillies Hat, Who Dis?

Each team will be debuting a new Spring Training hat when everyone reports to camp. The style of cap the teams will be rocking, are the classic trucker hat.

Hopefully, the players without hair pack sunscreen on their way to Clearwater.

These hats are available at the team shop in Citizens Bank Park, Baycare Ballpark, and the MLB Shop.

Back to Baseball

The Phillies will open up their Spring season with a split-squad scrimmage on February 25th. They will host the Yankees and travel to Lakeland to play the Tigers that afternoon.

We are 18 days away from the first Spring Training game, 32 games away from the first USA World Baseball Classic, and 51 days until Opening Day in Texas!
