It has to feel great for the Philadelphia Phillies to have all their stars in camp with them this season after so many of their players were competing in the World Baseball Classic last year.

Continuity, working with the coaching staff and developmental team, and facing other Major League players should help them get off to a much better start in 2024 than what occurred in 2023.

The Phillies' goal is to win a World Series.

After ownership and the front office put together a roster loaded with star power, they were able to reach the Fall Classic in 2022 and came up just short of getting back last season.

With that focused mindset in place, it's easy to lose the joy of playing baseball.

That's why it was good to see a light-hearted moment between Philadelphia slugger Nick Castellanos and his son during a Spring Training game.

After blasting a homer, Castellanos was seen pointing to his son Liam, who was serving as the bat boy, that he still hadn't gone and picked up his bat as he was trotting to touch home plate.

The relationship between father and son is something very well known to Phillies fans because of how close the Castellanos family is and how involved they are with the slugger.

Again, it's good to see a sense of humor amongst players on the team.

Overthinking at the plate is a recipe for disaster.

There are a ton of expectations for Philadelphia, much of it placed on themselves, based on how last season ended in such disappointing fashion.

Hopefully they can continue to stay loose throughout the long year as they try to win the franchise's first championship since 2008.
