The Milwaukee Brewers are in agreement with infielder Christian Arroyo on a one-year minor league deal, multiple outlets reported Thursday.

The 28-year-old second baseman/third baseman/shortstop can earn a $1.5 million base salary and up to $500,000 in incentives if he makes the major league roster.

Arroyo batted .241 with three homers and 24 RBIs in 66 games with the Boston Red Sox last season.

He is a lifetime .252 hitter with 24 home runs and 120 RBIs in 295 games with the San Francisco Giants (2017), Tampa Bay Rays (2018-19), Cleveland (2020) and Boston (2020-23).
