C.J. Cron and Elias Diaz homered and had two hits apiece, Charlie Blackmon and Wynton Bernard each had three hits and the Colorado Rockies beat the Texas Rangers 7-6 in Denver on Tuesday night.

Randal Grichuk also had two hits, Justin Lawrence (2-1) pitched one inning of relief and Daniel Bard notched his 26th save for Colorado.

Marcus Semien homered and tripled, Nathaniel Lowe also went deep and Adolis Garcia had a double and a single to extend his hitting streak to 20 games for Texas.

The Rangers had their three-game winning streak snapped.

Texas wasted no time getting on the board against German Marquez. Semien led off the game with his 20th home run, Corey Seager then singled to right and Lowe homered to left, his 19th, which set a career high for a single season.

The Rockies got even in the second inning off starter Dane Dunning. Cron led off with a single, Jose Iglesias hit into a forceout and Grichuk was hit by a pitch. Diaz then homered to left, his seventh of the season, to tie it.

Dunning allowed four runs on seven hits and struck out four in five innings.

Texas broke the tie in the fifth inning. Bubba Thompson started the rally with a one-out single off Marquez and scored on Semien's triple to the right field corner. Seager walked and Lowe's chopper to first drove in Semien.

Garcia then singled to make it 6-3.

Colorado got one back in the bottom of the frame. Bernard led off with a single, went to second on a wild pitch and scored on Blackmon's single.

The Rockies went in front in the seventh. Bernard reached on an error, Ryan McMahon hit into a forceout and Blackmon singled with two outs. Cron homered on the first pitch he saw from Brock Burke (6-3).

That saved Marquez from getting the loss. He allowed six runs on eight hits and struck out seven in six innings.
