Texas Rangers fans got great news on Tuesday that the team's 2023 World Series trophy will be heading to Cooperstown, N.Y., the same weekend that former Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre will be inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

Now, if you are a Rangers fan, you will have extra motivation to head to Cooperstown that weekend. The trophy will be on display from July 18-20 while Beltre gets inducted on the 21st.

From the Hall of Fame:

The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum will celebrate the Texas Rangers’ 2023 World Series title July 18-20 at the home of baseball. The Rangers’ 2023 World Series trophy will be on display in the Museum the same weekend in which Rangers third baseman Adrián Beltré is inducted into the Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2024.

The trophy will be on exhibit at the Museum on Thursday, July 18, Friday, July 19, and Saturday, July 20. Visitors will be permitted to take pictures with the trophy.

A 2023 Rangers World Series ring will also be on display as part of the Museum’s Autumn Glory exhibit, which includes a display honoring the 2023 World Series champion Rangers with artifacts, photographs and ephemera detailing the franchise’s first World Series title.

There are all kinds of artifacts on display including memorabilia from Bruce Bochy, Corey Seager and Adolis Garcia.

As for Beltre, he was a .286 hitter with 477 career home runs. He drove in 1,707 runs and was a four-time All-Star. He also has 3,166 career hits, which is the most ever for a third baseman.

He spent 21 years in the big leagues, including eight with the Rangers.
