The Detroit Tigers signed free agent right-hander Shelby Miller to a one-year, $3 million contract on Friday.

The deal includes a $4.25 million club option for 2025 with a $250,000 buyout.

Miller's contract also includes performance bonuses of up to $1.175 million per season.

Miller, 33, was 3-0 with one save and a 1.71 ERA in 36 games (one start) for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2023.

He is 41-58 with a 4.08 ERA in 203 games (133 starts) with eight teams since making his MLB debut with the St. Louis Cardinals in 2012.

Miller made the National League All-Star team with the Atlanta Braves in 2015.
