Minnesota Twins  manager Rocco Baldelli is moving on from his condominium in Minneapolis' Mill District. The property recently hit the market for $650,000.

Baldelli told the Star Tribune he and his wife, Allie, have upsized since welcoming twin boys into their now family of five.

"We'll still return to the old neighborhood for some nice walks and to regularly hit the farmers market," he told the newspaper.

The two-level condo within the coveted North Star Lofts building underwent a complete transformation, according to the listing. The kitchen, living space and bedrooms were relocated to create a relaxed floor plan, with the kitchen flowing into the living space.

"The home has a bright, modern design, pairing warm woods throughout with calm modernism," the listing states. "The inviting kitchen flows into the living space, and highlights the lush private terrace. Garden walls, mature trees, and vines on the terrace truly make this home an urban sanctuary."

The iconic building where the North Star Lofts are located was originally a textile mill for the North Star Woolen Company. Built in 1864, the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Today, the boutique condominium community offers premiere access to the Stone Arch Bridge, Mill City Museum, the Guthrie Theater and other attractions on the riverfront.

Cynthia Froid and Ryan Pertile of Cynthia Froid Group have the listing at 117 Portland Avenue #404 in Minneapolis, Minn.

Baldelli just wrapped up his fifth season managing the Twins, leading them to their first playoff victory in nearly two decades and advancing out of the first round of the playoffs for the first time since 2003. He'll be back for his sixth season managing the Twins in 2024.
