Former MLB outfielder Johnny Damon is trying to hit a home run in real estate. The two-time All-Star has put his Florida mansion up for sale with a price tag of $30 million.

Damon’s lakefront property in Windermere, Florida, has nine bedrooms and 17 bathrooms within its 20,000 square feet of space. The property is nestled in almost 5 acres of land located within the gated Lake Butler community.

The property boasts a saltwater pool, bowling alley, cigar lounge and even a hair salon. The athlete’s home is also complete with volleyball, basketball and tennis courts.

Damon reportedly bought the property in 2007 for $4 million and finished building the home in 2010. Damon appears to be in line for a huge return on investment if he gets anywhere close to his asking price.

According to Spotrac, Damon earned just over $110 million in salary throughout his 18-year MLB career.

A majority of Damon’s MLB earnings came from the two contracts he signed with the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees, respectively.

Damon inked a four-year, $31 million deal with the Red Sox in 2001. Four years later, he signed an even bigger four-year, $52 million contract with the Bronx Bombers. Damon won a World Series with both teams.
