Top Chicago White Sox prospect Luis Robert has shown in the minors the type of power he can bring to the table at the next level. In stops with three different clubs last season, the Cuban hit .328 with 32 homers and 92 RBI in just 122 games.

Projected to be in Chicago’s everyday lineup when its truncated 2020 season starts on July 24, Robert showed his teammates what he’s capable of during Saturday’s scrimmage.

Check out Robert blast a homer while legitimately falling to the turf at Guaranteed Rate Field. It has to be seen to be believed.

That’s honestly next-level stuff from the No. 3 prospect in all of baseball. When was the last time you saw any player do something like this? I’ll wait.

Robert is one of the reasons Chicago has high expectations heading into the 2020 season. The White Sox boast one heck of a potent lineup with this youngster teaming up with the likes of Tim Anderson, Yoan Moncada, Eloy Jiménez, Edwin Encarnacion and Jose Abreu.
