Muncy suffered the injury during Friday's 12-1 win over the Texas Rangers. Before his oblique injury, he had been dealing with an injured right ankle.
The 30-year-old is slashing .264/.418/.528 this season with 14 home runs and 33 RBI in 60 games.
Cody Bellinger also exited Friday's win with left hamstring tightness and didn't play on Saturday. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts is confident Bellinger's injury isn't serious.
L.A. is currently in a difficult stretch when it comes to injuries. Bellinger, Corey Seager, Gavin Lux, A.J. Pollock and Zach McKinstry have all missed stretches with injuries. Dustin May and Edwin Rios are out for the season and Corey Knebel might not return.
