CEO Ed Soares has announced a significant update for the upcoming LFA 176 event set to electrify the Grand Canyon State on Super Bowl weekend. The promotion’s 14th venture into Arizona will feature a featherweight championship headliner this Friday at the Arizona Financial Theatre in Phoenix.

In this thrilling main event, top contender Elijah Johns is set to collide with fellow LFA standout Alfred Walker in a quest for the company’s featherweight title. Originally scheduled to face Javier Garcia in a rematch for the belt, Johns now shifts his focus to Walker after Garcia vacated the championship with aspirations of participating in the next season of “The Ultimate Fighter.”

The new main event promises an exciting showdown, with Walker entering the bout fresh off a career-defining victory against Landry Ward at LFA 169. Ahead of this clash, we take a look at the statistics associated with the skills these two athletes bring to the cage:

33: Johns boasts a 33% knockout rate, securing three wins by KO/TKO, emphasizing his striking prowess.

5: Between March 2019 and October 2020, Johns strung together a remarkable five-fight winning streak, the longest of his career.
