Former UFC fighter Claudia Gadelha has taken to Instagram to give fans tips on how they can maximise pleasure from anal sex.

MMA fighters are some of the most colourful and eccentric characters in sport – this is not news to anyone who has ever tuned into the UFC press conference – but it’s still unusual for them to be dishing out sex advice on social media.

Claudia Gadelha, who boasted an 18-5 record during her time as a professional MMA fighter, has not shied away from doing so, however, having given her Instagram followers some rather detailed anal sex advice.

Gadelha told her fans: “I have three tips to give you so you can penetrate girls better.”

“First, make her feel good, make her feel like a queen, make her feel like a badass, that’s going to help her relax, treat her very well.”

“Second, bring a toy in, bring a vibrator in, that’s going to help her. If she’s not relaxed, if she doesn’t know how to breathe she’s going to feel pain. So a vibrator can make her relax better with a lot of stimulation on the clitoris.”

“A lot of lube. She needs to get hydrated and lube will help a lot.”

“Try to use these three tips from a girl that knows in my opinion every girl can feel pleasure and can have a lot of orgasms through the ass. Try it out and let me know how it goes.”

We felt it was only right to pass on Gadelha’s helpful advice to anyone who might have missed out on it.

On a serious note, she does deserve credit for tackling a taboo subject head-on without fear of how some may interpret it.

Using her platform to encourage people to experiment in order to have more enjoyable sex lives is commendable, and there will be many who stand to benefit from her guidance.

That doesn’t make it any less bizarre, mind!
