Jorge Masvidal says he could go to WWE and “domesticate those guys” if the compensation makes sense.

Masvidal retired from UFC after he lost via unanimous decision to Gilbert Burns at UFC 287 in April. But his competitive hunger remains alive and well, and he isn’t ruling out a jump to WWE.

Speaking with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Masvidal shared his thoughts on potentially coming to WWE.

“If the shoe fits, wear it,” Masvidal said. “I’m very busy, but if the compensation makes sense, then let’s do it. If the WWE wants a savage like me, then sign me up,” says Masvidal. “I’ll go over to WWE and domesticate those guys.”

Masvidal isn’t a stranger to the wrestling world. He previously appeared on AEW Dynamite in 2021 and nailed Chris Jericho with a knee to the head. At the time, Masvidal was brought in for Dan Lambert’s feud with the Jericho Appreciation Society.

Jorge Masvidal Says He Loves To Fight

In the same interview, Masvidal stated that his top focus is his promotion, Gamebred Fighting Championship, but he could put a hurting on WWE stars if he got the chance.

“I love fighting,” Masvidal said. “If I go to WWE, I’ll put a hurting on them every night. I’ll torture them, make life f—— hell for all of them. No one over there can beat me.”

WWE previously announced that they reached a transaction agreement with Endeavor, UFC’s parent company. Since then, fans have continued to speculate about UFC fighters potentially coming to WWE. Fans will have to wait and see whether Masvidal will ever appear in a WWE ring.
