Dana White revealed recently that BJ Penn has signed a deal for one last fight in the UFC despite losing his last seven, and the 40-year-old appears to have incorporated bar brawls into his training.

Penn was allegedly involved in a bar fight in Hawaii on Tuesday, and a video obtained by TMZ shows him on top of another man delivering several blows to the head. The altercation took place outside the Lava Shack, which is a bar on the Big Island. Here’s the clip:

The street fight was Penn’s second in Hawaii in as many months, as TMZ also had footage back in June that claimed to show him pummeling a man outside of a strip club. Police were called to the scene in both incidents, but Penn was not arrested.

White announced last month that there is an agreement in place for Penn to fight Nik Lentz, though no date has been set. Penn, a former UFC lightweight and welterweight champion, has an MMA record of 16-14-2 and has lost his last seven fights. It’s unclear if the Hawaii incidents will impact the status.
