'The Iceman' took a cold plunge.

Over the weekend, former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Chuck Liddell found himself in the waters of San Diego, California in a boat party gone wrong.

It wasn't just any boat though, Liddell was hanging out on a luxurious Lamborghini yacht with several others. While the UFC star was chatting, he raised his arm and lost balance, falling backward into the bay.

On Sunday, TMZ acquired the footage from onlookers. You can watch it below.

Following the unexpected splash, the passengers attempted to pull Liddell back onto the ship. This wasn't an easy process as the 54-year-old struggled to swim his way to the back of the yacht.

About a minute in, a man dived into the water to help Liddell get to safety. They tried to pull Liddell onto the boat but were unsuccessful. Liddell eventually climbed back on through the back from a step, three minutes after he initially fell into the bay.

The passengers onboard the yacht then celebrated Chuck Liddell's successful return and the UFC hall-of-famer looks to be A-OK after the wild accident, just a bit wet.

Liddell reigned as the UFC's Light Heavyweight Champion for two years. In 2005, 'The Iceman' captured the championship from Randy Couture, defending the belt successfully four consecutive times.

Paying his dues in the sport, the MMA pioneer was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame back in 2009.
