Paramount+ will drop a documentary on UFC featherweight champion Ilia Topuria ahead of the promotion's White House event, Sherdog reports.
The streaming service has not announced a specific release date for the project. The UFC White House card is scheduled for later this spring, making Topuria the centerpiece of promotional material leading into the historic event.
Topuria captured the 145-pound title with a second-round knockout of Alexander Volkanovski last February in Anaheim. The Georgian-Spanish fighter defended the belt in October with a third-round stoppage of Max Holloway in Abu Dhabi, dropping the former champion with a straight left hand.
The unbeaten featherweight has called for fights with lightweight contenders including Charles Oliveira and Islam Makhachev. No opponent has been confirmed for his next appearance. The UFC White House card marks the first time the promotion has staged an event at the executive mansion.
