Just in time for the United Rentals 300 at Daytona, Jeb Burton has landed a sponsorship with Golden Corral on his No. 27 car. The NASCAR driver for Jordan Anderson Racing has been making moves recently, and this is a big one.

It is always nice to see a sponsor like Golden Corral return to the sport of NASCAR. Brands that are recognizable and easily accessible to fans are the best. Who doesn’t love a family buffet at the Corral?

A two-time winner of the Talladega Xfinity Series race, one with Kaulig in 2021, and another with Jordan Anderson last year, Jeb Burton is a talented superspeedway racer. He finished P4 in the United Rentals 300 during that 2021 season with Kaulig.

With his dad Ward Burton by his side, Jeb made the announcement with the help of his new sponsor.

Jeb Burton is a talented racer. He keeps his cars clean for the most part. 2022 wasn’t the best example of that, however, last year he had only a single DNF in the Xfinity Series. He went on to finish 12th on the season and has helped elevate Jordan Anderson Racing.

Being the son of a Daytona 500 winner, Burton knows this race is a big deal. He is hoping to put his Golden Corral Chevy into Victory Lane and get the year started off on the right foot.

Jeb Burton hoping to build off of 2023 season

Looking at the rise of Jordan Anderson Racing is impressive. This is a group that almost didn’t make it through the season a few years ago in the Truck Series. Now, they’ve moved up to the Xfinity Series and Jeb Burton and teammate Parker Retzlaff have elevated the entire organization.

Retzlaff is a very interesting young driver. Just 20 years old, the driver has shown flashes. He finished P4 at the Daytona opener last season and picked up six more top-10 finishes. The experience of Jeb Burton mixed with Retzlaff’s unmolded talent has been a good mix so far.

This year, Jeb and his team probably want to make it further into the playoffs than they did a year ago. 12th is great, but they want more. Jordan Anderson Racing could be a legitimate contender in a year or two. Perhaps we see a deep playoff run from one of these two drivers in 2024?

With Golden Corral joining, Jordan Anderson Racing and Jeb Burton are starting the year off strong. There is a lot of history and winning in the Burton family, and this year there could be more additions to the family’s NASCAR record.
