Another race weekend coming up on the NASCAR schedule with the AdventHealth 400 at Kansas Speedway and that means a new slate of paint schemes. We’ve got a few creative ones and some really fun designs that fans are going to really enjoy watching on the track.
By this point in the season, teams are holding onto a lot of their special schemes for Darlington Throwback Weekend, the All-Star Race, and the Coca-Cola 600. However, a few teams and drivers have put out a few new looks for Kansas.
Last season we had the Denny Hamlin and Kyle Larson finish. Then, Noah Gragson got popped in the mouth by Ross Chastain, effectively ending the overtly open Chastain hate. So, what excitement awaits us this week in the AdventHealth 400? We’ll have to wait and see.
Ross Chastain No. 1 Busch Light Crocs Chevy
Busch Light is back on the No. 1 car and this time with a twist. Ross Chastain has the Busch Light x Crocs sponsorship this week and it’s just too good not to put here.
There are bada-- race cars and then race cars on the goofier side of things. This is a little goofy, but still pleasing to look at. 8/10.
Austin Cindric No. 2 Snap-On Ford
This is one of those paint schemes I look forward to every season. Snap-On has put together yet another great design for the AdventHealth 400.
Cindric and Team Penske are lagging behind this season. However, that could change this week and Cindric at least has a mean car to drive. 8.5/10.
Riley Herbst No. 15 Monster Zero Sugar Ford
A Monster Energy paint scheme with a little twist. Riley Herbst joins Rick Ware Racing again to drive the No. 15 in the AdventHealth 400. The Zero Sugar design features the green side skirts, which I love.
Monster isn’t going to stray too far from the norm. This is enough to draw my attention, though. 7.5/10.
Derek Kraus No.16 ProjectWyoming.com Chevy
Now this is a very interesting sponsorship. Project Wyoming is a huge project in Madison, Wisconsin from RuedeBusch.
I’m not sure what it is all about, but I do know that this design is eye-catching. Derek Kraus back behind the wheel for this weekend. 8/10.
Bubba Wallace No. 23 MoneyLion Toyota
Now you aren’t going to have a hard time seeing the No. 23 car. Bubba Wallace and MoneyLion are back together and this teal car is going to pop on track.
Wallace has a win on his mind heading back to Kansas for the AdventHealth 400. One of the best schemes this week, it might be my favorite.
Austin Hill No. 33 United Rentals Chevy
Austin Hill is back in the Cup Series with United Rentals and has a new look. The extra touch of white and orange on this car makes it better than the Texas version.
Blue and orange on a race car is almost always going to work. We’ll see how Hill does on the intermediate track in another Cup start. 8/10.
Justin Haley No. 51 Children’s Mercy Hospital Ford
The yellow rims are my favorite part of Rick Ware Racing this season. Justin Haley is doing his best to make the most of his opportunities when he sees them.
Children’s Mercy Hospital of Kansas City hops on board. Blue, yellow, white – it’s nice to look at. The little people look like the AOL mascot. 7/10.
Daniel Suárez No. 99 Choice Privileges Chevy
Not the most exciting sponsor for the AdventHealth 400. However, a bright orange car is going to look awesome on the track in Kansas.
Daniel Suárez has a lot of bright, colorful schemes and this is no different. The 99 looks good with Choice Privileges. 8/10.
