It was a photo finish at the Ambetter Health 400, with Daniel Suarez, Kyle Busch, and Ryan Blaney all finishing next to each other. In the end, it was Suarez who walked away with the victory, though all three seemed thrilled to be a part of the race.

In the wake of the photo finish, both Kyle Busch and Ryan Blaney took to social media. There, they compared the finish to a scene involving Lightning McQueen in the movie “Cars.”

For his part, Kyle Busch posted a video of the finish. Along with that, he wrote, “Lightning McQueen vibes rn.”

Of course, Busch wasn’t the only one who thought that finish was reminiscent of Cars. Blaney also took to social media to post about the finish, again making a comparison to Lightning McQueen.

“What a race! That’s one of the most ‘have you ever, no I’ve never’ Lightning McQueen/King/Chick Hicks thing you’ll ever see,” Blaney wrote. “Congrats to my amigo @Daniel_SuarezG on the W. Hope everyone enjoyed it!”

For his part, Suarez replied to Blaney, thanking him and saying it was “some good racing.” However, he didn’t seem to make his own reference to Lightning McQueen.

The scene from Cars comes when Lightning McQueen is about to win the Piston Cup but blows out a tire. Because of that, The King and Chick Hicks quickly gain on McQueen and create a three-way tie. Later in the movie, as a tiebreaker, the three meet as the only cars involved in the championship race. So, while this wasn’t quite an exact tie, it was as close as you’re likely to see at a race.

Samantha Busch eviscerates husband Kyle with savage Instagram comment

You have to be able to laugh with your loved ones, and that’s exactly what Kyle Busch’s wife, Samantha, did with him on Instagram following the Ambetter Health 400.

Initially, Kyle posted, “Can’t get much closer than that. Needed a couple more inches.”

It was a pretty reasonable post, given that the race itself was a three-car photo finish that Daniel Suárez won over Ryan Blaney by 0.003 seconds and over Busch by 0.007 seconds. Of course, that’s where Samantha came in to eviscerate Kyle in the comments.

“I’ve been telling you that for almost 20 years,” she replied.

It was a tough loss for Kyle Busch, but that joke is probably a good sign that he’s going to be able to bounce back from it with a sense of humor.
