While the Golden State Warriors may have the best record in the Western Conference, there are still players that could be available later in the season that could aid their title hopes.

Golden State did add several veterans this offseason. Bringing back small forward Andre Iguodala has had a tremendous impact on their offense, and he’ll continue in the rotation for the foreseeable future.

The Golden State Warriors are at the top of the Western Conference, making them potentially a premier destination for a buyout candidate.

Nemanja Bjelica and Otto Porter Jr. are the other two Golden State brought in, and they’ve been huge additions for the team so far this season.

Currently with the best defensive rating in the NBA by a long shot, the Dubs would want any player that came in to be capable on that end of the floor. With that in mind, there are still several players that are currently on teams that are clearly not going to make the playoffs.

As the season progresses, the buyout market should start to heat up as those teams get further and further outside of playoff contention. That said, let’s dive into three veterans that should be bought out that Golden State needs to keep an eye on.
